Why I do this work.And what it means for your business.
I started P2MC because I love helping business owners grow. I enjoy getting to know a business properly: how it runs, where it gets stuck, and what those problems are costing in time and money. Then I get to fix them.
I bring 15+ years in CRM, customer lifecycle and marketing technology, in customer success roles at Epsilon, Simon AI and Cheetah Digital. There I supported enterprise brands like Walgreens, AutoZone, Dick’s Sporting Goods, National Geographic, WeWork, PayPal/Venmo and Harman. Growing businesses face many of the same problems without the same internal resources, and they deserve the same discipline.
For me, it’s about more than handing over a solution. It’s making sure we deliver on what I promise, and that you and your team can see the value early, not at the end of a long project. I do the work myself, so everything I learn about your business stays with the person building the system.

No black boxes, and no disappearing
You get a walkthrough and a plain-English map of what connects to what. And I don’t hand a system over and leave: both clients below are still with me, and their systems are still being improved.
Formerly Automate With Paul
P2MC began as Paul Pezza Marketing Consulting. Automate With Paul became my brand for practical automation work, and as the work grew into CRM, integrations, process design and practical AI, “automation” became too narrow a name. P2MC Systems is the same person and the same work, under a name that fits it.
I also work alongside agencies, including as a delivery partner to Shipwright Consulting Group. Working with agencies
