Connect the tools you have.Fix what happens after the lead arrives.

P2MC Systems builds the CRM, follow-up and workflow systems that move every lead to its next step, then keeps improving them. Here is what that looks like, how I work, and what changed for two clients.

How a connected system works

From first inquiryto next action.

A connected system moves every lead through the same five steps, without anyone having to remember the next one.

  1. Capture

Calls, forms, ads and referrals land in one place the moment they arrive.

  2. Organize

Each lead gets a CRM record with its source, its details and an owner.

  3. Respond

The lead hears back in minutes, with a clear way to book.

  4. Advance

Tasks, reminders and stage updates keep the next step moving.

  5. Measure

You see what came in, what converted and what needs attention.

What I build

CRM is the foundation. The value is what runs on it.

Four areas of work, built on the tools you already use, and kept running after launch.

  1. CRM & Pipeline Foundation

The structure everything else runs on.

    The problem
You have a CRM, but nobody trusts it, and reporting means exporting to a spreadsheet.
    What changes
Know where every opportunity stands, with clean data and clear ownership.
    What I build
    • CRM setup and cleanup
    • Pipelines and stages
    • Lead routing and ownership
    • Dashboards and reporting
  2. Lead Capture & Follow-Up

What happens after someone reaches out.

    The problem
Calls get missed, forms sit in an inbox, and quotes go cold while everyone is busy.
    What changes
Faster response, consistent follow-up, and more inquiries turned into booked work.
    What I build
    • Instant response and missed-call recovery
    • Booking and reminders
    • Nurture and quote follow-up
    • Past-customer reactivation
  3. Workflow Automation & Integrations

Connect the tools you already use, and stop re-typing.

    The problem
Your software doesn’t talk, so people copy information between systems and handoffs get dropped.
    What changes
Less manual work, fewer dropped handoffs, and one version of the truth.
    What I build
    • Connections between existing tools
    • Automated handoffs and tasks
    • Proposals, quoting and documents
    • Operational workflows
  4. Applied AI & Team Enablement

Practical AI, built into how your team already works.

    The problem
The team spends too much time finding information and preparing routine work.
    What changes
Faster recurring work and easier access to company knowledge, tied to real tasks.
    What I build
    • Business knowledge bases
    • Specialized assistants
    • AI-supported workflows
    • Team workshops and training

How I work

Fix the process first. Then build the system.

One framework for every engagement, from a single workflow to the whole operation.

  1. Discover

I learn how work actually moves today: who does what, which tools are involved, where things wait on someone, and where leads or customers slip.

You getA clear picture of where work gets stuck.

  2. Simplify

Before anything gets automated, I cut the steps you don’t need and make clear who owns what. Sometimes that alone fixes the problem.

    1. Form submitted
    2. Email forwarded to the owner (removed)
    3. Owner re-types it into the CRM (removed)
    4. Lead assigned
    5. Reply sent

You getA leaner process before any automation.

  3. Enable

I set up the tools your team works in: CRM configuration, templates, knowledge resources, AI assistants where they genuinely help, and the training to use them.

You getTools your team is set up to use.

  4. Integrate

I connect it all to the systems you already run and automate the defined steps, built and tested in your accounts.

    You getOne connected, tested system.

  5. Measure & improve

I track what changed, like response times, time saved, process consistency and whether the team uses it, and keep refining it.

You getProof of what changed, and a system that keeps improving.

No black boxes, and no disappearing

You get a walkthrough and a plain-English map of what connects to what. And I don’t hand a system over and leave: both clients below are still with me, and their systems are still being improved.

Client work

Real systems.Measured results.

Two recent builds for ongoing clients: the problem I found, the system I built, and what changed.

A wellness retreat

Lead Capture & Follow-Up

Ongoing client. Still running, and still being improved.

Problem.Seasonal promotions relied on manual follow-up, with no view of who needed a call next.

What I built. An automated offer sequence: an instant offer code, a personal introduction on day 3, timed call alerts and automatic routing.

Result.More than $18,000 in new guest bookings recorded in the CRM in the first 30 days after launch.1

  1. Day 0Offer code sent
  2. Day 3Personal introduction
  3. TimedCall alert to staff
  4. ReplyRouted to the right person

An integrative wellness practice

Lead Capture & Follow-Up, with reporting

Ongoing client. Still running, and still being improved.

Problem.Newsletters went out with no way to measure engagement or learn what patients wanted.

What I built.A feedback and segmentation system: engagement tracking, audience segments and surveys that feed the next campaign.

Result.Click rate peaked at 3.36%, against a 0.83% baseline. One survey drew 28 responses that now shape content.2

  1. TrackEngagement by contact
  2. SegmentAudiences by interest
  3. AskSurveys inside the emails
  4. LearnAnswers shape the next send

Then back to the start, with better data each time

  1. Direct bookings written to the CRM, September 1 to 30, 2026.
  2. Peak single-send click rate after launch, compared with the click rate before the system was built.

What happens on the call

  • It’s 15 minutes, with me. No pitch.
  • Tell me where work gets stuck: leads, follow-up or handoffs.
  • I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help, and what the simplest next step is.
  • Bring one process in mind. No other prep.

If you need one simple automation, you don’t need me.

Do I need GoHighLevel or a specific CRM?

No. I build around the tools you already use, such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Jobber, Google Workspace or QuickBooks. If something is missing, I recommend the simplest option that fits how your business runs. Often the right first step is better use of software you already pay for, not a new subscription.

Can you fix a CRM my team doesn’t use?

Yes, and it’s some of the most useful work I do. Usually the CRM isn’t the problem; the process around it is. I clean up the pipeline and stages, cut the fields nobody fills in, set clear ownership, and connect it to your forms, phone and calendar so it stays accurate.

What happens after the system launches?

I keep supporting and improving it. Ongoing support covers monitoring, fixes, refinements, new builds as you grow, and team support. You also get a walkthrough and a plain-English map of what connects to what. Both client stories on this page are ongoing engagements whose systems are still being improved.
